If you suffer from any of these symptoms, make an apointment to visit your Dr, and speak to your family/teachers/freinds.
DO NOT ALLOW IT TO SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL. THE SOONER YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO HAVE HELP, THE LESS CHANCE OF ANOREXIA TAKING COMPLETE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE.
